- Soak almonds in water overnight or for up to two days — the longer you soak the almonds, the creamier the milk will be.
- Drain and rinse the almonds, then mix almonds with fresh water in blender or Vitamix.
- Strain mixture into a large bowl through a strainer, sprout bag, cheese cloth or kitchen towel.
- The water that is left is the almond milk.
- You can add cinnamon or vanilla extract to taste.
