Berry Chia Pudding


Serves 3-4

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • ½ cup fresh berries
  • ½ tsp pure almond extract (optional)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pack stevia (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp walnuts (optional)


Mix the chia seeds, almond milk, almond extract, cinnamon and stevia in an airtight container. Cover, and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. The longer you leave the pudding in, the thicker it will get.

Once the pudding has reached the desired consistency, give it another good stir and top it with your favorite berries and nuts. Enjoy!
